WildandCurvy.com is owned and operated by Kate Enterprises, L.L.C. We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer returns under the conditions outlined below.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Refunds may be reduced if items are returned in used or damaged condition.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full refund


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


Lost or Stolen Packages

WildandCurvy.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist where possible.
